Procedure for closing the office

  • Decide the date to be closed: i.e. holiday etc.
  • Post signs on the doors
  • Publish the schedule in the Communicator
  • Add to website events
  • Update phone message
  • Post on Facebook
  • Staff the office with volunteers if it is a workday, not a holiday
